Founder & Managing Director

Mirjeta Zagragja

An interest in economics, structure and people has always been a central part of who I am. Through several years of experience in banking, accounting and economic advisory, I have seen how much a clear economic overview and an accessible partner can mean to a business.

The idea for Wave Regnskap AS grew out of a wish to create an accounting firm with a more personal approach. The name Wave also reflects how I see businesses and finances. Development rarely follows a straight line. There will be periods of growth, change and challenges, and I want Wave to be a steady partner through those different phases.

I hold a degree in business administration with a specialisation in financial management and investment analysis. I also hold a master's degree in property development with a specialisation in sustainable development.

With Wave I want to combine professional expertise with closeness and an understanding of the business behind the numbers. The goal is to build lasting relationships and be a partner clients can rely on, in good periods as well as demanding ones.

Wave should be a place where clients are seen, understood and followed up, both when things go well and when not everything goes as planned.
